Hi! I’m Nayan Saini, a rising senior at West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North. I’ve always loved solving problems and exploring how things work, which sparked my passion for math, science, and programming. I’ve taken AP Calculus BC, AP Chemistry, and AP Computer Science A, and I’m currently diving deeper into data science with Python. As CEO of StudentsOfSTEM, I lead our national expansion and oversee the organization’s overall strategy. I also support a growing network of chapters dedicated to making STEM education more accessible and impactful for students across the country.

Hi! My name is Pranshu Agarwal, and I am a senior at West Windsor Plainsboro High School North. Throughout high school, I have had the opportunity to take classes like AP Chem, Calculus BC, CSA, AP Physics C and more. By taking these classes, I have been able to cultivate an interest in STEM, which I am interested in sharing with other students! Hi! I’m Romit Kundu, a senior at West Windsor Plainsboro High School North. When was a kid, I disliked math. But, with amazing educators, I came to love it. Hi! I’m Bharat Bhati, a junior at West Windsor-Plainsboro High School North. I’ve always enjoyed learning new languages and diving into subjects that help me better understand the world—especially through classes like AP Biology and AP Statistics. Hi, I’m Advaith Nair, a senior attending Amity High School. I’m part of the Amity Tennis Team, Junior State of America (JSA) Amity Chapter, and I am one of the co-Founders of the FBLA chapter at Amity. I’ve taken Algebra, Geometry, Algebra II, and Pre-Calculus. I joined Students of STEM because I understand that learning new concepts in math and computer science can be difficult, and I would like to use my experience in mathematics to teach those younger than me to make sure their minds are sharp in math and CS. Hi! I’m Julie Beauparlant, a junior at Advanced Technologies Academy. I work part time at a local youth STEM education program called Code Ninjas, where I teach kids programming and other STEM related topics as well as co-lead the Girls Who Code program. I’m also captain of the Lincoln Douglas Debate and Interpretive Speech teams at my school and am very passionate about youth advocacy. I decided to join Students of STEM because I believe in expanding access to STEM education and this program is an amazing way I can achieve that. I’m comfortable teaching a variety of classes but I have the most experience with mathematics (especially calculus!), Java, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, chemistry, and game development.

Hi, my name is Stephanie Choi and I am a rising junior at Canyon Crest Academy. I’m interested in CS and engineering, particularly AI, algorithmic bias, and its applications in healthcare and criminal justice. I am currently the President of Kodingforkids, and have taken CSF, AP CSP, and plan to take AP CSA and Machine Learning as a junior. For other STEM subjects , I took AP Calculus AB and BC and AP Chemistry this year. In my free time, I like to play volleyball, draw, listen to music, and hang out with my friends. I became interested in CS because of the school and extracurricular programs that inspired me when I was younger, so I joined Students of STEM to help inspire younger students in the same way. I am most interested in teaching Scratch for Beginners and Challenging Math and Problem Solving, and hopefully Python and Chemistry/Calculus in the future.

James Fernandes

Hey! I am James Fernandes, a Sophomore at West Springfield High School (class of 2027). I am an officer for my school’s Technology Student Association, fundraiser for our Science Olympiad, a part of FIRST Tech Challenge (looking into FIRST Robotics Challenge), a wrestler, and a Boy Scout. I’ve taken Geometry HN, STEM Design, and CS Programming, being currently enrolled in Algebra 2 HN, Engineering HN, and AP CS A. I have always enjoyed guiding my peers through particularly challenging problems or concepts, and have been wanting to give back to the community, which is why I joined Students of STEM! I would like to eventually tutor Algebra 2 and Java skills when I become more knowledgeable in those topics, but am currently strongest in Geometry, Algebra 1, lower levels of math, and basic python skills. Vaibhavi Mandem

Hello! My name is Vaibhavi Mandem, but I go by Vai for short, I am a Sophomore who attends Arnold O. Beckman High School. I have been coding Python for about 4 years now, and well as been taking competitive math classes for 8 years. I have always been interested in the STEM field, and hope to pursue a career in the field such as Biomedical Engineering. Other than STEM, I also enjoy playing tennis as well as piano and flute which I have been playing for 5 years. I also like learning new languages, currently, I can speak 4 including English, and I am learning a 5th. In school, I am taking the pathway to computer science, and am currently in engineering. I am Madhu Kalluru, and I’m a freshman right now and will be a sophomore next year. I go to Alliance Academy for Innovation and will graduate with the class of 2028. In my free time I do Dance, Painting, and Chess. I am also part of FRC and have been doing robotics for the past 4 yrs now. STEM is one of the most widely known field, and includes many jobs. I’m really passionate about data science and statistics, and the application of data in multiple different fields, including business, finance, healthcare, and astronautics. Hey! My name is Nishant Sudhakar, a junior in the Quarry Lane School in Dublin. I am currently taking AP Calculus AB and have finished both AP CSP and AP CSA, as well as AP US History. I am also taking IB Economics, IB English, and IB Biology. I am a black belt in MMA as well as a Varsity Debater. I joined the Students of STEM because I want to make the journey of kids into STEM that much easier. Hi! My name is Alisa Šahović and I am a rising junior at Millburn High School. I am on the Millburn High School varsity tennis team and have significant roles in the Future Physicians and Nurses Club at my school. My name is Anika Nair and I am in 11th grade at West Windsor Plainsboro High School South.
